On January 20, 2010, Lu xiang-Li,vice director of Hunan Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs came to Institute of Subtropical Agricultural (ISA) to convey greetings to Dr. Pedro Rocha from Portugal, who worked in ISA for nearly four years.

Lu xiang-Li expressed her thanks to Dr. Pedro Rocha keeping his mind on working in ISA and Hunan on behalf of Hunan Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs. She presented 2010 New Year Lunar and crafts, photoed with Dr. Pedro Rocha. Dr. Pedro Rocha also introduced his recent work and living conditions. Tan Zhi-Liang and Wang Xin-Hong, vice directors of ISA and others attended the meeting.
