Professor Paul J Moughan from New Zealand Visits ISA

On June 21, Professor Paul J Moughan, from Massey University, visited the Institute of Subtropical Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ISA). Professor Massey introduced his research in mamalian animal protein metabolism and made deeply exchange of views with students of animal nutrition branch in our institute. After that, two PhD students, FENG Zemeng and ZHANG Yuzhe, introduced their works on biological sensing genes in monitoring of endogenesis Nitrogen metabolism in animal. During the visit, Professor Moughan also visited the new animal lab building accompanied by Professor YIN Yulong.
Professor Moughan got his PhD from Massey University, New Zealand, in 1984. He made significant contributrion to Digestion Physiology of Monogastric Animals and Food Chemistry and analysis.
