On August 26, the 6th International Conference on Food, Agriculture and Biotechnology (ICoFAB) was held at Mahasarakham University, Thailand. Over 150 scientists from China, Thailand, attended the conference. With invitation as the keynote speaker from the committee of the conference, professor WU Xin from the Institute of Subtropical Agriculture, Chinese Academy of Sciences attended the meeting and delivered a keynote lecture. Professor Wu focused on the topic ‘Trace Element Selenium in Feed-Food Chain’ mainly in animal nutrition. And introduced the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Agriculture, Industrial Branch, World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. 

During the meeting, under the leadership of Maha Sarakham University in Thailand, the delegation visited the campus and discussed the projects and contents, and made in-depth exchanges for the follow-up cooperation.
