Professor Philip Charles Brookes, who is the Visiting Professorship for Senior International Scientists of CAS, from Rothamsted Experimental Station, made academic exchanges in the project implementation progress during October 7 to 26. Up to date, he has successfully completed the work plan at the present stage according to the expected schedule.

During visiting period, Professor Brookes introduced the latest research advances in soil microbe, soil nutrient cycling and global change, and exchanged viewpoints in depth with researchers and graduate students, and summarized the work of the previous stage.
